LOS ANGELES (AP) — Jessica Meuse is going home — but not in the way she wanted.

Meuse was voted off “American Idol” last night. So, she won’t be making a hometown appearance for the show.

The three remaining “Idol” hopefuls will be getting heroes’ welcomes and doing concerts, in taped segments for next week.

Caleb Johnson, Alex Preston and Jena Irene are this season’s top three, as the reality singing competition goes into its final couple of weeks.
