Justin Bieber storms out of assault case deposition

Justin Bieber reportedly stormed out of a deposition relating to a photographer assault suit after a lawyer quizzed him about his on/off girlfriend Selena Gomez.

Photographer Jeffrey Binion filed a lawsuit against Bieber and his bodyguard, Hugo Hesny, last year, alleging he was choked by Hesny and ordered to delete his images after the 20 year old took offence at being snapped outside a recording studio.

The singer was due to give his out-of-court testimony in January, but it clashed with his arrest for driving under the influence (DUI) and drag racing in Florida.

Bieber and his legal team finally sat down with Binion’s lawyers in Miami on Thursday, and the four and half hour deposition was far from an easy ride for the star.

According to TMZ.com, he walked out the meeting after an attorney asked if Gomez was present during any scuffles with photographers, shouting as he left, “Don’t ask me about her, do not ask me about her!”

The “Baby” singer also reportedly swore at the lawyer and quipped, “What is this, ’60 Minutes?’… OK Katie Couric, what’s your question again?”

It’s the start of a busy month for the star – his DUI case is heading to court for a status conference next week.
