Teen’s terror prank might be dumbest Tweet ever

Twitter blew up on Sunday after a now-suspended user, @QueenDemetriax_, sent a Tweet to American Airlines claiming to be a terrorist from Afghanistan, promising to “do something really big” on June 1.

Shortly after the post, the airline responded, saying the user’s IP address and information were being forwarded to the FBI. That sent the “Queen” into a fit of whining and begging, claiming at first that her account had been hacked, then stating it was the joke of a “14-year-old white girl” who lives “15 hours” from America.

The online meltdown was a whirlwind of tween-speak, full of OMGs and posts that lack any common sense or punctuation. Good luck, “Sarah,” – you’re gonna need it.

On Monday afternoon, several news outlets began reporting that the Dutch teen was taken into custody at her home in The Netherlands, and was being questioned.
