World Cup anthem features Santana, Wyclef Jean, Avicii

WORLD CUP:Brazilian club Corinthians soccer players practice at the Itaquerao, the stadium that will host the World Cup opener in less than three months in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Saturday, March 15, 2014. The Itaquerao was one of the six stadiums that were supposed to be finished by the end of 2013, but a crane collapse that killed two workers in November caused significant delays to the venue where Brazil will play Croatia on June 12. RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) — Santana, Wyclef Jean, and Avicii are creating music for the World Cup soccer tournament.

They have recorded the official World Cup anthem, “We Will Find A Way.”

They will perform it at the closing ceremony on July 13 in Rio de Janeiro.

The song should not be confused with the official World Cup song, which is “We Are One (Ole Ola)” by Pitbull and Jennifer Lopez.

The World Cup also has an official Supersong and an official Mascot Song. The World Cup opens June 12.
