Former Iron Maiden singer┬áPaul Di’Anno has scrapped his twice-delayed U.S. tour.

The British rocker had originally been due to stage the shows in December, but the trek was called off after Di’Anno failed to obtain the necessary visa.

He had planned to head back to the U.S. in May to play the rescheduled dates, but the gigs were pushed back to the end of the year – and now they have been scrapped altogether.

Di’Anno took to his Facebook page on Sunday to tell fans the news, and claimed that issues with a booking agent prompted him to call off the shows.

In a post, he writes, “My apologies to the American fans who have been let down and to the various promoters who got so badly burnt in this way.”
