For the first time, the director’s cut of Nirvana’s “Heart-Shaped Box” video has been made viewable online.

Anton Corbjin directed the video, which is largely the same as the original, except with more of the obese woman and the young lady dressed in robes about three quarters of the way through the track.

The director’s cut was previously released as part of Corbijn’s director’s series DVD in 2005, but has not been available to view online until now.

A remastered version of Nirvana’s third and final studio album “In Utero” is being released to mark the band’s 20th anniversary on Sept. 23. The remastered album will feature 70 tracks including previously unreleased recordings, demos, B-sides and live material.
