Police seek suspect accused of robbing Cumberland Farms in Portland

Portland Police are seeking a suspect in an armed robbery at the Cumberland Farms on Washington Avenue.

Police responded to the robbery around 3:15 a.m. Tuesday, with an employee telling officers a man pointed a gun at the cashier and demanded cash.

The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money and headed towards Ocean Avenue.

He’s described as a white male, 5 foot 10 inches, and between 30 and 40 years old.
