He joins Matt to talk about budget ramifications from the Biden bailout of state and local governments — it will enable Mills and other governors to use federal funds as revenue backfill, avoiding some of the tough choices we have to make to right size government and move our state down the right economic path. ($350 billion for state and local govts in Biden’s stimulus package).
