Dan Brennan , Director MaineHousing  speaks to The WGAN Morning news, on The Emergency Rental Assistance program as the second round of funding comes to the state.  Congress appropriated $25 billion for rental assistance as part of the coronavirus relief package passed in December, $200 million of which is coming to Maine. Tenants will have to fill out an application to qualify and the funds will be distributed by Maine’s community action agencies.
