Workforce Solutions: Welcoming the Recovery Community into the Workplace

In this session of Eggs and Issues, we will examine the negative effects substance use disorder has had on our state and how creating recovery-ready workplaces can not only increase our workforce but assist in the recovery process. 

Experts at the local and state level will be joined by community advocates and an individual in recovery to discuss what substance use disorder is, its causes, the effect the criminalization of drugs has had, and what it really means to join the workforce with the stigma of being in recovery.
