Maine Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) Urges Awareness and Caution Ahead Of Extreme Heat  Heat Advisory In Effect. Heat and humidity will build on Today with highs ranging from 80s at the beaches to around 90 inland. The two hottest days of the stretch are Wednesday and Thursday. Highs will surge into the 90s area wide.
