Gregory Bovino, a top Border Patrol official, and some agents are expected to leave Minneapolis after President Trump dispatched Tom Homan to manage immigration and customs enforcement operations following a fatal shooting. Bovino’s social media access was suspended. Administration officials were frustrated with Bovino and Homeland Security Secretary Christy Noem’s handling of the incident.
