Jim Copland , Director of Legal Policy with Manhattan Institute gives us an update on SCOTUS.  The Senate Judiciary Committee continues nominations hearings this morning for Amy Coney Barrett with questioning of the Supreme Court nominee beginning. Last month, President Trump named Barrett, who is a Judge on the US Court of Appeals Seventh Circuit, as his nominee to fill the vacancy created by the death of SCOTUS Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
