On tonight’s I-Team Investigates, Marissa takes a look at mental health and how police are responding to those in crisis. One is An Oxford County couple telling The I-Team what started as a mental health crises led to a police standoff – the wife (who had no criminal record) ended up being charged, and police requested more than $12,000 in restitution to cover the manpower/equipment for the response.
