MEMA | “Fuel Your Love Month”

For the seventh straight year, the liquid fuel industry in Maine will be celebrating Fuel Your Love! This annual tradition is organized by the Maine Energy Marketers Association and supported by heating oil companies across the state. Each Valentine’s Day, thousands of gallons of liquid fuel are delivered – absolutely free – to dozens of Mainers from Fort Kent to Kittery.

During these times, we could all use some extra love. And Fuel Your Love delivers some love in the form of a warm home and a full fuel tank to our friends and neighbors who could use it the most. Nominate someone today!

“Fuel Your Love Month” is just one of the many ways MEMA members demonstrate their commitment to their communities and the state of Maine,” says Charlie Summers, President and CEO, Maine Energy Marketers Association. “The men and women who run our heating fuel companies are some of the most caring and generous Mainers I know, and they make a positive difference in the lives of all Maine citizens each and every day.”

About Maine Energy Marketers Association                                                                      MEMA has more than 300 members including 125 heating oil, propane, biofuels, pellets, electricity, motor fuels providers as well as convenience store owners who serve more than 415,000 Maine households and keep nearly 1 million Maine people warm and cozy. MEMA also has more than 175 associate members who provide goods and services to Maine’s petroleum dealers and their customers.
