Matt Gagnon speaks with Mike Moloney and he’s in charge of the Paddlecraft Team with the Coast Guard Auxiliary’s Casco Bay Flotilla.  As air temperatures rise, people start thinking about getting out in their kayak, but the water temperatures are still in the low 40’s, and if someone ends up in the water without the right clothing, equipment, and knowledge they would be in an extremely dangerous situation.
