City Council Inauguration to be Held Remotely This Morning. Newly elected Councilors Fournier, Zarro, and Dion will be sworn-in during a remote ceremony. The Council will also vote on a new slate of members for standing Council Committees. A regular business meeting will be held immediately following the Inaugural meeting.
