Maine Question 3, the Right to Produce, Harvest, and Consume Food Amendment

A “yes” vote supports this constitutional amendment to create a state right to growing, raising, harvesting, and producing food, as long as an individual does not commit trespassing, theft, poaching, or abuses to private land, public land, or natural resources.

A “no” vote opposes this constitutional amendment to create a state right to growing, raising, harvesting, and producing food.
