Rep. Jon Connor joins Matt Gagnon about LD 355. His bill, LD 355 “An Act To Require Pest Disclosure in Real Estate Transactions” is having a work session today. The bill would require a home seller to disclose any knowledge of pests/wildlife that have infiltrated the home within the last 5 years.
