Supreme Court Backs Trump Moves

Josh Filler in for Matt discussed recent Supreme Court decisions. Chief Justice John Roberts lifted an injunction against the Trump administration’s ballroom construction, suggesting the administration is likely to prevail on the merits. The practical effect is that part of the order may be enforced, potentially causing issues if jurisdictions have already started mailing ballots.
