Elliot Cutler, a former gubernatorial candidate and registered sex offender, appeared in court for allegedly violating his probation by using an external USB drive to access inappropriate content. Cutler had previously pleaded guilty to possessing thousands of sexually explicit images of minors and was sentenced to nine months in jail and six years of probation. Judge Terence Harrigan ordered Cutler to pay $1,000 bail and submit to random searches. Cutler’s attorney confirmed he was participating in therapy.
