2 Charged in Auburn Hotel Drug Dealing Bust

Drugs and money from drug dealing arrests -Auburn Police


Two people face drug trafficking charges after police say they were dealing drugs out of a hotel in Auburn.

Officers arrested 51-year-old Mark Buiniskas of Lisbon and 35-year-old Shannon Morrison of Lewiston on  Thursday after an investigation into ongoing drug activity at the Center Street Value Inn.

They say a search of the hotel room turned up methamphetamine, crack cocaine, fentanyl, more than 600 oxycodone pills, digital scales, packaging, and more than $2000 in suspected drug proceeds.

Buiniskas and Morrison were charged with four counts of class C Unlawful Possession of Scheduled “W” drugs and four counts of class B Unlawful Trafficking Scheduled “W” Drugs.

Buiniskas also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for failing to appear in court for a previous drug possession charge. He’s being held in jail without bail.
