Two men pleaded guilty Monday for their role in a deadly fight between biker gangs in Portland in July of 2024.
Kristofer Haken of New Hampshire and Caleb Pelkey of Portland pleaded guilty to two counts each of assault.
As part of a plea deal, prosecutors dropped charges of conspiracy to commit elevated aggravated assault and elevated aggravated assault for both men.
They’ll both spend 30 days behind bars and pay a $300 fine.
They were among a group of seven who were arrested after a fight that turned fatal with the shooting of 54-year-old Susan McHugh on July 30, 2024 in a mechanic shop parking lot on Forest Avenue.
Last April, Aaron Karp of Naples pleaded guilty to manslaughter for McHugh’s death.
Three others were injured in the brawl.
