Three men have pleaded guilty in connection with drug-related drive-by shootings in Lebanon and Acton.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says Benjamin Ball, 31, of Sanford is accused of shooting into a home in Lebanon in January of 2024 over a drug debt.
He pleaded guilty Tuesday to charges of discharging a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime, conspiring to use and carry firearms during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
He’s accused of shooting into other homes in Lebanon and Acton.
Ball and his co-conspirators, Jason Fernald, 47, and Evan Chapman, 28, both from Sanford, have already pleaded guilty for their role in the shootings.
Fernald pleaded guilty to drug trafficking, discharging a firearm in furtherance of a drug crime, and conspiracy to use a firearm in furtherance of a drug crime.
Chapman pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact in a drug-related shooting.
