STANDISH (WGAN)  – Routes 113 and Route 11 have since reopened after a structure fire forced officials to close them for a time on Monday morning because of a structure fire.  The fire at 1159 Paquawket Trail (Route 113) destroyed 3 apartments in the building and caused the 3rd story of the building to collapse onto the 2nd story.  Firefighters were further challenged by the fact that the building had a metal roof built on top of a standard roof, according to deputy fire chief Aaron Riley on CBS 13.  All residents made it out safety and there is no word yet on a cause.
