Bangor Police Investigating Aggravated Assault

Bangor police say they’re investigating an aggravated assault that took place Sunday morning in the downtown area.

Officers say they were called to a home on Court Street at 5:31 a.m. after a report of someone being injured there.

No details on the victim’s condition or the nature of the assault have been released,

Police say there is no threat to the public.
