BANGOR, Maine (WGAN) A 29-year-old man was taken into custody in Bangor on Friday.

Police say Donald Galleck, of Bangor and Michigan, is a person of interest in the death of 40-year-old Jason Moody earlier in the week. Moody was found unresponsive in the street after what appeared to be an altercation. His death is being investigated as a homicide.

Police say they spotted spotted Galleck on a Bangor street and took him into custody. They say he’s a transient who frequents the Bangor and Old Town areas.

Police are not saying just what connection Galleck has to the death of Moody.
