Two people face charges after a York County SWAT team was called to a residence in Biddeford early Sunday.

Police say 33-year-old Harley Winchenbach drove away from a traffic stop of a suspicious vehicle, but was located at his residence on Congress Street.

Officers say Winchenbach did not initially comply with attempts to arrest him, but was later taken into custody by the Southern Maine Special Response Team.

A second person, 39-year-old Nacole Darling of North Berwick, was arrested at the residence.

Both face charges and were taken to York County Jail.

Winchenbach had an active warrant for his arrest for Trafficking in Prison Contraband and Violating Conditions of Release. His new charges include Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation, Failing to Stop, Failure to Provide Correct Name, Address, or Date of Birth, and Violating Conditions Release.

Darling was arrested for Violating Conditions of Release.
