Biddeford Motorcyclist Arrested going 114 in 40-MPH Zone

A Biddeford motorcyclist was arrested Saturday night after deputies clocked him going almost three times the speed limit in Arundel.

According to the York County Sheriff’s Office, 29-year-old Joshua Farseer, was going 114 in a 40-mph zone on route 1 at around 6:30 pm.

He was arrested and was taken to the York County Jail on charges of criminal speed and driving to endanger.

Farseer is scheduled to appear in court in December.
