Body found in Caribou brook identified as missing South Portland woman

The body of a South Portland woman who was reported missing last month has been found in Caribou.

The body was found in Otter Brook near Limestone Street on Saturday morning. On Tuesday, police said the body had been identified as 49-year-old Sonja Knight of South Portland, who was reported missing on July 27.

Her cause of death is still under investigation.
