A Brewer man has been arrested after a hit and run crash in Bangor yesterday.

Maine State Police say troopers responded to I-395 westbound near the Main Street overpass just before noon for a report of a two-vehicle crash.

One of the cars spun out and ended up in a nearby wooded area, with the occupant getting transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The other driver was witnessed walking away from the scene on foot.

That driver was identified as 48-year-old David Harris, with police arresting him at his apartment this morning. He’s currently being held at Penobscot County Jail on multiple charges, including operating without a license.
