Car Hits Home in Mechanic Falls

A man has unspecified injuries after his car slammed into a house in Mechanic Falls Saturday.

WGME reports the car crashed into a house at about 10:30 am Saturday in Pleasant Street.

The home reportedly suffered structural damage, although it’s unknown how severe, while several windows were broken.

Mechanic Falls Police say a driver lost control of the car, went off the road, and then crashed into a home.

The driver was taken to Central Maine Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

No one inside the home was injured.
