Carthage man charged with sex abuse of a juvenile

CARTHAGE, Maine (WGAN) The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office say they have arrested a Carthage man accused of sexually abusing a juvenile.

According to our info partners at CBS 13 news, police received a DHHS complaint about the possible sexual assault of a juvenile on Sunday. Deputies conducted interviews and collected evidence leading to the arrest of 62-year-old William Pulk. He’s charged with unlawful sexual contact.

Pulk is being held at Franklin County Jail without bail.
