A man who set up a robbery that turned deadly in will serve 8 years in prison, according to reports.

Anthony Osborne, 46, was sentenced Friday in connection with a robbery on Woodford St. in Portland in 2022.

The robbery resulted in the shooting death of 43-year-old Derald Coffin.

According to the Portland Press Herald, Osborne received 22 years behind bars with all but 8 years suspended.

However, he will have to serve the remaining time if he violates conditions of the four years of probation he received.
