Clothing brand raising money for families of Maine fishermen whose boat sank

A fundraiser is underway for the families of four fishermen who lost their lives when their boat went down off the coast of Massachusetts.

The Portland-based Emmy Rose sank in late November, with no sign of the crew.

Rugged Seas, a local clothing brand, says 100% of proceeds from the sales of a new shirt they designed will go to the victim’s families.

The shirt bears the quote: “It’s not the price of the fish we pay for, it’s the soul of the fishermen.”
