An arrest has been made in connection with a house fire in Cornish last week.

Investigators reviewed surveillance footage of three males near the building on Old Pike Road last Monday and found that they were not suspects in the fire after releasing the video publicly.

On Saturday, they arrested 18-year-old Pather Joyce of Cornish and charged him with one count of arson and another count for failing to control or report a dangerous fire.

Investigators say Joyce appears to have acted alone.

He’s being held at York County Jail on $50,000 cash bail.
