PORTLAND, Maine (AP)   Democratic presidential candidate and U.S. Sen. Cory Booker is making a trip to Maine, making himself the fourth candidate to come to the Pine Tree State in this election cycle.

Booker, a senator from New Jersey, plans to make a stop in Portland on Saturday. The Portland Press Herald reports the event will be a cocktail fundraiser. He’s slated to appear at Halo at the Point at Thompson’s Point in Portland at 5 p.m. for the ticketed event.

It’s a busy week for Booker, who also plans to unveil policy positions about climate change on Tuesday, according to a spokesman.

U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont; South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg; and author Marianne Williamson have also made stops in Maine. They’re part of a crowded Democratic field.
