PORTLAND, Maine (WGAN) Visitors at the Cross Insurance Arena in Portland no longer need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test to attend events.

The venue said Monday that the changes would take effect immediately.

Masks are still recommended for those attending an event.

A St. Paddy’s Day celebration will take place at the arena on Wednesday.

The city of Portland ended its mask mandate last month.
