Drug Agents: Nine Arrested on Trafficking Charges, Three More Wanted

AUGUSTA, Maine (WGAN) Maine’s Drug Enforcement Agency have arrested nine people on drug trafficking charges and are still looking for three others.

The arrests came after a criminal investigation, which began in 2017, into the sale of fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine, and crack cocaine in Aroostook County. Charged were:

Lucas Wynn, 31, of Presque Isle – Trafficking in Methamphetamine
Kurt Doody, 22, of Caribou – Trafficking in Fentanyl
Autumn Parady, 20, of Gardiner (previously of Caribou) – Trafficking in Fentanyl
Scott Pelletier 28, of Limestone – Trafficking in Heroin
Tyler Cyr, 31, of Caribou – Trafficking in Methamphetamine
George Tamberello, 31, of Caribou – Trafficking in Crack Cocaine
Brian Cyr, 36, of Caribou – Trafficking in Crack Cocaine
Chris Tuttle, 30, of Presque Isle – Trafficking in Heroin
Nicholas Hall, 33, of Presque Isle – Trafficking in Heroin

Two of the nine suspects had relocated and were arrested in Kennebec County.

All of the offenses come with a maximum sentence of 10 years in state prison.

Police and drug agents are still searching for 30-year-old Amber Shaw and 29-year-old John Easler, both of Presque Isle, as well as 41-year-old Fernando Vazquez of Springfield, Massachusetts.
