Drug trafficking investigation in Penobscot County leads to 3 arrests

Drug agents seized crack cocaine, fentanyl, and thousands of dollars from a home in Hampden on Tuesday.

The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency says a search warrant was obtained for a home on Ruth Avenue, where it was believed drugs were being trafficked.

Investigators seized a gun, about 80 grams of crack cocaine and 200 grams of fentanyl, with a combined street value of $42,000. They also seized about $10,000 in suspected drug proceeds.

Agents arrested 31-year-old Dawayne Henry and 31-year-old Andy William Pacheo, both of Springfield, Massachusetts. 37-year-old Jessica Bell of Hampden was also arrested.

All three face drug trafficking charges.
