Three vehicles were destroyed by fire at the summit of Mt. Washington over the weekend.

Gorham Fire and EMS responded to the fire Sunday morning. Four crews arrived within 30 minutes.

The department said wind at the summit spread the flames to all three vehicles. The cause was undetermined due to the extensive damage, but it’s not considered suspicious.

Crews used over 1,000 gallons of water to extinguish the fire.
