Four People, Two from Outside Maine, Charged After Norridgewock Drug Raid

Four people are facing drug trafficking charges after police say they raided a home in Norridgewock.

Deputies say they searched the home of 31-year-old Leeanna Gosselin on Madison Road in Norridgewock as part of an ongoing drug trafficking investigation.

The search warrant was executed by 5 Sheriff’s Office Detectives, 6 Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies and a Detective from the Waterville Police Department.

Deputies say when the search warrant was being executed, a man, later identified, from Connecticut and a man, later identified, from Massachusetts fled the residence. They say both men were caught by Detectives and Deputies shortly after attempting to flee into the wooded area behind the residence.

All four people were charged with aggravated trafficking after deputies found more than 223 grams of crack cocaine and fentanyl along with pills, multiple guns, and $2,491 in suspected drug proceeds during the search.

The approximate street value of the drugs is estimated at $23,000.

All four face numerous charges and were taken to the Somerset County Jail.

Gosselin was charged with two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs (Class A). The drug charges are aggravated, due to the amount of the drugs and the presence of firearms with/near said drugs. Gosselin’s initial Court date has been set for May 7, 2025, at 8:30 am at the Somerset County Unified Criminal Court. Gosselin’s bail has been set $100,000.00 cash.

Randell Woods, age 39, of Norridgewock, was charged with two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs (Class A). The drug charges are aggravated, due to the amount of the drugs, the presence of firearms with/near said drugs and the fact that Woods has a prior felony level conviction for Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs. Wood’s initial Court date has been set for May 7, 2025, at 8:30 am, at the Somerset County Unified Criminal Court. Wood’s bail has been set $100,000.00 cash.

Kahmarii James, age 25, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was charged with two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs (Class A). The drug charges are aggravated, due to the amount of the drugs and the presence of firearms with/near said drugs. James’ initial Court date has been set for May 7, 2025, at 8: 30 am, at the Somerset County Unified Criminal Court. James’ bail has been set $100,000.00 cash.

Jason Fogg, age 33, of Enfield, Connecticut, was charged with two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs (Class A). The drug charges are aggravated, due to the amount of the drugs and the presence of firearms with/near said drugs. Fogg’s initial Court date has been set for May 7, 2025, at 8:30 a,, at the Somerset County Unified Criminal Court. Fogg’s bail has been set $100,000.00 cash.

Additional criminal charges against the people arrested may be forthcoming once the cases have been reviewed by the Somerset County District Attorney’s Office.
