Gardiner man charged after drug agents seize meth and fentanyl from home

Drug agents seized more than a pound and a half of fentanyl and other drugs in Gardiner.

The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency says Dameon Loucks, 36, was arrested Thursday after agents found fentanyl, along with just over a pound of meth and 230 grams of cocaine hydrochloride.

They also seized a firearm.

The estimated street value of the drugs is $50,000.

Loucks is being held without bail at the Kennebec County Correctional Facility.

The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected.
