Gas Prices Drop A Bit More

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Gas prices have dropped a bit more in northern New England.

Prices in Maine have fallen 4.8 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.78 per gallon. Prices are down 2.8 cents per gallon in Vermont to $2.85 a gallon, and down 1.7 cents per gallon penny in New Hampshire at $2.75.

The latest GasBuddy survey shows the national average has fallen 2.9 cents per gallon last week to $2.81 a gallon. The national average has dropped 6.6 cents during the last month and stands 35.6 cents per gallon higher than a year ago
