New details have emerged from a deadly shooting in Biddeford.

A tenant has been accused of killing his landlord while he was trying to evict the suspect early this week.

According to court documents, the victim’s girlfriend witnessed the shooting- she told police Hennessey shot her boyfriend, Michaud, several times in the chest.

The suspect then came back and shot him in the head at close range as she was consoling him.

According to our news partners at CBS13, neighbors say his girlfriend is pregnant and due any day.

A GoFundMe page has been set up for Michaud’s girlfriend and unborn child.

Hennessey made his first court appearance Thursday afternoon at York County Court.
