Hazmat teams respond after resident exposed to pool chemicals in Lisbon

Part of Littlefield Road in Lisbon was closed early Friday after a resident was exposed to pool chemicals.

Littlefield Road from King Road to the Sabattus town line was closed around 7:45 a.m. Friday

The Lisbon Fire Department said a resident had trouble breathing after being unintentionally splashed in the face with a form of chlorine-based treatment.

The person was taken to Central Maine Medical Center, but their condition was not known as of Friday afternoon.
