The healthy Maine expo is going on at the cross arena in Portland until 6 PM tonight, and then happening again from 9 AM until 4 PM tomorrow!
The entire main floor of the venue is filled with exhibitors — an RV parked inside with a full range of free health screenings available. There’s also an inflatable archery range and all kinds of treats and giveaways for the kids!
Classes, demonstrations, and really useful presentations from healthcare professionals are also happening every 45 minutes or so.
Sponsors L.L. Bean, Restore Hyper Wellness, and Serenity ME have some really impressive displays, giveaways, and friendly people ready to talk about a healthier you.
If you have kids, this is a great event to bring them to. Plenty of good information on how to “increase your health span” for mom and dad. And, of course, plenty of activities, treats, and free giveaways for the kids.
Tickets are only $10 at the door. If you want more information, check out healthymainexpo.com!
