Home struck by dump truck in Scarborough damaged

A house in Scarborough is no longer habitable after a dump truck crashed through it on Monday.

Firefighters and police responded to the scene at 225 Broadturn Road. There were no reported injuries.

The police department said the truck is owned by Dearborn Brothers Construction and was being driven by 22-year-old Ean Walsh of Steep Falls.

Police said the crash is still under investigation but no criminal charges are expected.
