Husson University in Bangor is offering students from Piscataquis County to earn a degree free of tuition.

This comes after the university announced a similar offer to students from Penobscot County last year.

The Bangor Daily News reports students must have a high school GPA of 3.0, and a gross family income of less than $80,000.

The scholarship will be available to students when they apply for classes for the 2026 fall semester.
