Traffic is back to normal on I-95 after an 18-wheeler rolled over in the northbound lanes in Pittsfield at approximately 9:55 pm Sunday.

Maine State Police say their initial investigation shows the driver was traveling too close to the shoulder in the one-lane construction zone causing the tractor trailer to roll over.

The driver was not injured in the crash and there were no workers at the construction site.

The driver was hauling a flatbed trailer with a load of construction supplies.

Northbound I-95 was closed for close seven hours overnight with traffic diverted onto an exit ramp.
